Ingrediencie
Korpus
1¾ hrnčeka hladkej múky
2 hrnčeky krupicového cukru
¾ hrnčeka holandského kakaa
1½ lyžičky kypriaceho prášku
1½ lyžička jedlej sódy
1 lyžičku soli
2 vajcia
1 hrnček plnotučného mlieka
½ hrnčeka oleja
2 lyžičky vanilky
1 hrnček horúcej vody
Krém
240 g smotany na šľahanie
240 g krémového syra (Lučiny, Philadelphie)
¾ hrnčeka orieškové nátierky
2 hrnčeky práškového cukru
1 lyžička vanilky
Zdobenie
¾ hrnčeka orieškové nátierky
čokoládové cukríky (napr. Ferrero Roscher)
Postup
1. Predhrejte rúru na 180 ° C. Dve formy s priemerom 20 cm vymažte a dna vyložte papierom na pečenie. V miske zmiešajte všetky suché ingrediencie na korpus, premiešajte a postupne pridajte zvyšné mokré ingrediencie.
2. Cesto nalejte do foriem a pečte 25 až 30 minút, alebo kým špajle zapichnutá do stredu nevyjde čistá.
Nechajte úplne vychladnúť. Na krém vyšľahajte v mise smotanu do tuha a dajte bokom.
3. V inej mise vyšľahajte krémový syr a orieškovú nátierkou dohladka. Postupne pridajte práškový cukor a nakoniec vmiešame vanilkový extrakt. Potom jemne vmiešajte smotanu.
4. Odrežte vršky vychladnutých korpusov, ak sú do špičky. Natrite na jeden korpus polovicu krému, priklopte druhým korpusom a natrite na neho zostávajúce krém.
5. Môžete v mikrovlnke rozohriať ešte trochu orieškové nátierky a “nacákat” ju na vŕšok torte.
Ozdobte čokoládovými guľami a skladujte v chladničke, než budete servírovať.
